The minimum order quantity for regular in-stock items is 2 units. Standard packing is one unit per carton, with two units per shipping carton. For small motors, shipping cartons typically hold 4 to 6 units.

Yes, we offer OEM/ODM services for custom packaging and trademark labels. The MOQ for these services is 100 units with identical packaging dimensions.
Do you offer product development services? What is the lead time?
We can replicate samples exactly (1:1) with consistent quality control. We also upgrade or modify motors for specific applications including generator sets, vehicles, speedboats, and excavators. Lead time is approximately 15 to 45 days after receiving advance payment.
What guarantees do you offer if I am unfamiliar with the product?
Provide the OEM number, images or 3D models, parameters, and application for 100% confirmation. If we send the wrong item, we resend a brand-new batch for free with no return required.
What are your terms of payment?
