Every motor is tested with a Canadian DV tester before packaging, with a test report included. We offer an 18-month warranty from the date of manufacture. For proven manufacturing defects verified by video, photos, or 3D models, we provide free replacements or equivalent compensation.

In-stock items ship within 1 to 7 days. We maintain nearly 8,000 SKUs with broad compatibility within the same series. Common components are kept in stock to ensure quick assembly.
What is your MOQ?
The minimum order quantity for regular in-stock items is 2 units. Our standard packing is one unit per carton, with two units per shipping carton. For small motors, shipping cartons typically hold 4 to 6 units.
