All our products are 100% brand new with pure copper construction. We strictly refuse refurbished parts and never mix copper with aluminum in our coils.
What are your quality control measures and after-sales service?
Every motor is tested with Canadian DV testers before packaging, with test reports included. We offer an 18-month warranty from the date of manufacture. For verified manufacturing defects, we provide free replacements or equivalent compensation.
Which products are currently in stock? What is the lead time?
In-stock items ship within 1 to 7 days. We maintain nearly 8,000 SKUs with broad compatibility within the same series. Common components are kept in stock to ensure quick assembly and delivery.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ for regular in-stock items is 2 units. Standard packing is one unit per carton, with two units per shipping carton. For smaller motors, shipping cartons typically hold 4 to 6 units.
