Are your products brand new or remanufactured?
All our products are 100% brand new with pure copper construction. We strictly refuse refurbished parts and never mix copper with aluminum in our coils.
What are your quality control measures? How do you handle after-sales service?
Every motor is tested with a Canadian DV tester before packaging, with a test report included. We offer an 18-month warranty from the date of manufacture. For proven manufacturing defects verified by video, photos, or 3D models, we will unconditionally provide free replacements or equivalent compensation.
Which products are currently in stock? What is the lead time?
In-stock items ship within 1 to 7 days. We currently hold nearly 8,000 SKUs, with broad compatibility within the same series. Common components are kept in stock to ensure quick assembly.
What is your MOQ?
The MOQ for regular in-stock items is 2 units. Our standard packing is one unit per carton, with two units per shipping carton. For small motors, a shipping carton typically holds 4 to 6 units.
Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
Absolutely! We gladly offer OEM/ODM services for custom packaging and trademark labels. The MOQ is 100 units. Please note: This MOQ applies to items with the exact same packaging dimensions (length, width, and height).
Do you offer product development services? What is the lead time?
If you provide a sample, we can replicate it exactly (1:1) with consistent quality control. We can also upgrade or modify motors to meet your specific needs, such as for generator sets, passenger cars, commercial vehicles, speedboats, and excavators. The lead time is approximately 15 to 45 days after receiving the advance payment.
